Anchor It

When you go to bed tonight,

Take a deep breath, and relinquish the fight.

Close your eyes and imagine,

A place no other can fathom.

Tranquil, serene and sweet,

Where peace and happiness meet.

Anchor that place and feeling,

For the times you need healing.

Press the tips of your pointer and thumb,

To anchor this pleasant sum.

So when you wake up and join life’s struggle,

It becomes a breeze to juggle.

All because of the anchor you placed,

Challenges may be easier faced.

Literally spanned, within your hand,

Pointer and thumb to withstand.

Remember your anchor my dearest,

Where your peace & happiness are nearest.
